While it remains too early to say who is the victor in the election, it was declared late this afternoon that Joe Biden has won Michigan and is nearing the votes needed to win the presidency. But President Donald Trump’s team has filed lawsuits in at least two important states and are calling for a recount in Wisconsin. Nicole Martin reports.
