Two former paramedics found guilty of failing to provide the necessaries of life to be sentenced in January

The fate of the two former Hamilton paramedics found guilty of failing to properly care for Yosif Al-Hasnawi, as he lay dying on the sidewalk – will be determined in January. A superior court justice will now decide if the men deserve up to five years in jail, or no prison time at all – for their role in the death of the 19-year-old.
