Turning Tim Hortons Field into an ice rink

Tim Hortons Field is slowly being converted into an NHL arena for the Heritage Classic on March 13th when the Toronto Maple Leafs will take on the Buffalo Sabres.
The transformation is not an easy or quick task. On Monday, the mega ice-making machine arrived to turn the football field into an ice rink. It was designed specifically for the NHL to create outdoor ice rinks and it travels all over North America.
Construction on the rink started on Sunday and it will go non stop for the next two weeks just in time for the game.
The NHL Heritage Classic takes place on March 13 and it is a sold-out crowd.
