Trying to get his campaign back on track, liberal leader Justin Trudeau announced a new gun control plan in Toronto today.

Trudeau promised to ban all military-style assault weapons and give municipalities the power to ban handguns.

The Liberal leader faced more questions about those photos of him wearing blackface years ago.
