Toronto Trump Tower area remains closed to public

The area around the Trump International Hotel and Tower Toronto will remain closed off to traffic and pedestrians until a city engineer confirms this morning that an unstable antenna on top of the building has been secured.
Toronto mayor John Tory has issued a statement calling for an investigation, saying he wants those responsible for the disruption to be held accountable.
The mayor says he is concerned about the impact on traffic, and city staff have told the building’s owners to ensure there is no risk to the public.
The Trump Tower – a luxury hotel and condo that opened in January 2012 – is located at Bay & Adelaide in the city’s financial district.
