Toronto teen’s body recovered in Puerto Rico

Puerto Rican officials say they have found the body of a 17-year-old from Toronto who drowned after a beachfront wedding in the U.S. territory.

A search and rescue team discovered the body of Justin Langley floating in front of a San Juan hotel today.

Police say Langley went swimming in the ocean with his 9-year-old cousin when a strong current carried them out to sea. The young boy was saved by his uncle and a tourist, but Langley had disappeared.
