Toronto firefighters rescue man stuck between two buildings

Toronto firefighters rescued a man who became tightly wedged in a narrow space between two buildings Tuesday evening.
The man was trapped for roughly five hours in a gap that was only about eight inches wide. It’s not known how he became stuck between the walls but it’s thought he may have been trying to retrieve something.
Platoon Chief James Green said the man appeared to have little circulation in his arms and legs and was unable to move.
Rescue workers spent about two hours cutting through a wall to reach the man and pull him through. He was taken hospital to get checked out.
