TIFF 2014 // Life in a Fishbowl

Life in a Fishbowl is an Icelandic drama directed by Baldvin Zophoníasson (or Baldvin Z for short). From the official TIFF synopsis:

Icelandic director Baldvin Zophoníasson’s intriguing, multiple-narrative drama follows three people — a struggling single mother, a former athlete trying to scale the corporate ladder, and a once-acclaimed author turned full-time drunk — whose lives intersect in surprising ways.

We talked to Baldvin and two of the film’s stars, Hera Hilmar and Thor Kristjansson, about the film’s success in Iceland and the reception it’s receiving abroad.
