Howard Ferguson, 45, of Brantford has been arrested and charged with sexual assault after an incident outside of BMO field following Sunday’s Grey Cup Game.

Toronto Police say the incident happened outside the main entrance of BMO Field at Exhibition Place just after 10 p.m. Sunday night.

According to police, Ferguson approached a 32-year-old woman from behind and sexually assaulted her. The incident was caught on video.

Ferguson will make a court appearance January 10th.
