Police say a cellphone used to arrange a test drive with murder victim Tim Bosma was also used to contact a third man selling a truck.
A call to a Toronto man was made on May 5th, the day before Bosma disappeared. He was selling his truck at this time, but he missed the call so a test drive was never arranged.
Dellen Millard and Mark Smich have been charged with first-degree murder in the case. It’s reported three calls were made from the cellphone to people who were trying to sell a truck including Bosma. The other was to an Etobicoke man, who went on a test drive and told police he was suspicious of the men.
