Mustafa Ameer says he told police Yosif Al Hasnawi had been shot with a gun, but others at the scene described it as a pellet gun, which is what police relayed to EMS. At the trial of two former Hamilton paramedics Ameer told the court that he witnessed the shooting and saw the firearm before the fatal shot. Nicole Martin reports.
