The new NMiMBY: ‘No meat in my back yard’

More details tonight on the plan to create a massive meat processing plant in Hamilton.

The city and Maple Leaf Foods confirmed the location, along with plans to work with residents in the area. But as Kate Carnegie reports – while the facility is going to provide hundreds of new jobs in hamilton – residents in the rural area where the plant’s being built, prefer the jobs be created somewhere else.
