Two types of egg products sold to restaurants, hotels and institutions are being recalled.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency reports that certain 1 kg cartons of “Supreme” brand liquid whole eggs and egg whites may be contaminated with salmonella.
The recall involves cartons sold in Ontario and Quebec, with best before dates between the end of March and May 7.
