Streetcar kills pedestrian

Witnesses say the man was hit and then dragged for about two blocks.

It happened on Queen Street West, just west of Bathurst, Tuesday morning in downtown Toronto. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The street was shut down for about five blocks well into the afternoon.
