St. Lawrence Seaway launches Passage+ app for real-time bridge updates

The St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation (SLSMC) has announced the launch of Passage+, the official mobile app for St. Lawrence Seaway bridge information.

SLSMC says this app will help residents, commuters, businesses and visitors to better plan their travel through Seaway communities.

The app will provide key information such as current bridge status, expected bridge lift times, vessel activity as well as an interactive map of Seaway bridge locations.

“Every day, thousands of people rely on Seaway bridges to get to work, school, appointments, businesses and recreational activities,” said Serge Auclair, vice president of commercial and external relations.

“Passage+ gives travellers better visibility into expected bridge lift times, helping them make informed travel decisions and better plan their day. It’s another way we’re improving the experience for the communities we serve.”

Passage+ has both English and French language options. It is available to download for free from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
