St. Catharines murder remains unsolved 10 years later

It’s been 10 years since a disturbing case rocked the Niagara region and still, a murderer has yet to be found. On August 4th in 2010, a St. Catharines woman was tied up in her basement, screaming for help, as her house went up in flames. Kelly Botelho reports.
