St Catharines mayor not running again

After two terms as mayor of St Catharines, Brian McMullan has decided not to run again.

McMullan says he only planned to serve two terms and has now been offered a partnership in a company. He says he believes St Catharines’ best years are yet to come.

He was first elected to city council back in 1988.
