St. Catharines man arrested after secretly recording women at Welland mall

A 31-year-old man has been arrested and charged after allegedly secretly recording women at a mall in Welland.

On April 9, police were called to a mall in Welland where mall security found a man secretly recording female shoppers.

As a result, detectives arrested and charged Tyler Clough of St. Catharines with a single count of voyeurism.

Authorities believe there may be other victims or incidents of voyeurism in connection with Clough.
