St Catharines factory future questioned as TRW sold

Auto parts giant TRW has been sold to a German company.

The sale to ZF Friedrichshafen is leaving 350 employees at the St Catharines plant wondering what it means for them. The nearly $12 billion deal won’t close until next year.

TRW produces ball joints, toe links and control arms for Ford.
