Shocking video shows smash-and-grab robbery at Burlington jewelry store

Halton police are looking for three suspects after a smash-and-grab robbery at a jewelry store in Burlington Centre shopping mall on Monday.
The incident happened at Arain Jewellers located in the mall on Guelph Line just before its 6 p.m. closing.
The suspects — all wearing dark clothing — broke glass display cases and stole an unknown amount of jewelry before fleeing the scene and exiting the north side of the mall facing Fairview Street.
CHCH News obtained shocking surveillance video showing one of the suspects pushing an employee to the back of the store before they started smashing the display area. Police say no injuries were reported though.
Authorities blocked off the area with police tape while they investigated. Shattered glass and a sledgehammer in front of the display cases can be seen.
The suspects were seen outside of the mall entering a blue Honda CRV and leaving in an unknown direction. Police have confirmed that the vehicle was stolen.
The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact Halton police.
