We constantly talk about the weather, and complain when it is bad, but what if you could spot a storm on the horizon? Well today a special session on how to spot a severe storms and report them was held in Hamilton.  As Cindy Csordas tells us,  professionals with high tech gear say they still rely on eyes and ears on the ground to protect people from active weather.
