‘Run for Chris’ raises $40K for Cleghorn Early Intervention Clinic

Today marks the fifth annual “Run for Chris”, taking place in Hamilton. It’s a way for Chris Owens’ family to honour him and raise awareness about mental health and addictions, which was something he struggled with. The $40,000 raised from this year’s “Run for Chris” will be funding programs at Cleghorn Early Intervention Clinic. The clinic is an outpatient service at St. Joseph’s Hospital, aiming to help young people ages 16-29 recover from symptoms of early psychosis.
