Rick Creechan to retire after decades at Hutch’s on the beach

Rick Creechan is stepping down from his job leading Hutch’s on the beach. He started his journey at the iconic Hamilton restaurant just after high school in the late ’70s. Initially hired as countertop help, Creechan says he became the general manager after the previous one fell ill. Two days before Christmas, on December 23rd, Creechan says he’ll be serving for the last time. Creechan adds that, while he’s ready to move forward in life, he will miss working at the restaurant.
