Residents of Cathmar Manor complain of unlivable conditions

Residents of a retirement home in the city’s north end say the conditions are unlivable.

The extreme heat and bed bugs are just some of the issues they say they deal with in the home.

It’s owned by the same family that ran the troubled Rosslyn retirement home.
