Queen Street closure for movie shoot

Part of Queen Street will be closed for the next week for a movie shoot. Queen Street from Main to King will be closed until Friday May 2nd. A section of George Street will be off limits until Monday May 5th. Soil has been put on the roads in preparation for the film. The name of the film has not been released, but just over a week ago another section of Hamilton was shooting a film staring Cate Blanchette. The city is reminding people to plan alternate routes around the area during the closures.
