Port Dalhousie hotel celebrates one year of operation after opening during the pandemic

A new boutique hotel in Port Dalhousie is celebrating one year of operation, not an easy task given that the owner purchased, renovated and started operating her new venture at the start of the pandemic. Phil Perkins has the story.
