Poppy box thief arrested

A 22 year old man has been charged with theft, after allegedly stealing a poppy box from a liquor store in the town of Delhi.

Police were called to the store, after a man picked up a poppy donation box and ran away.

Investigators say a resident helped them track down the suspect.
