Police seek suspect vehicle after shots fired at Oakville home

Halton police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a vehicle involved in an Oakville home shooting.

Last Wednesday at around 1:30 a.m., officers saw a white four-door sedan parked outside a home on Sawyer Drive.

Investigators say a lone suspect was seen exiting the vehicle and fired multiple shots at the home and a vehicle parked in the driveway.

Police say although people were inside the house at the time of the shooting, nobody was injured.

Authorities are asking anyone with dashcam or security video from the Sawyer Drive and Rebecca Street area (between Bronte Road and Third Line) captured between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. last Wednesday to contact them.
