Police seek missing 15-year-old girl last seen in Welland

Niagara police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 15-year-old girl.

Officers say Valentina Leduc-Cecchin was last seen in the area of South Pelham Rd. near Thorold Rd. in Welland.

Leduc-Cecchin is described as being five-foot-four and 106 lbs with long brown hair.

She was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and white running shoes.

Her family and police are both concerned for her welfare.
