Brantford police have identified the driver of a vehicle that was involved with a hit-and-run Thursday morning.

Officers say at around 11:45 a.m. the driver of a white full-sized pickup truck hit two vehicles on Brant Avenue before leaving the area.

They say one person was sent to hospital for minor injuries.

Investigators say the pickup truck had a riding lawnmower in the bed, and a push mower on a trailer attachment at the time of the incident.

Police say they identified the driver of the vehicle Friday, and that they were co-operating with police.
