Police seek 2 men after robbery at business in Hamilton’s east end

Hamilton police are looking for two men who allegedly smashed the front door of a business and broke in last month.

It happened on Aug. 16 shortly after 6 a.m. in the area of Barton St. East and Wentworth St. North.

Officers say the two men stole merchandise and then ran away.

The first man is described as between the ages of 20 and 30, approximately five-foot-ten to six-foot tall and has an average build. He was last seen wearing a plaid jacket, grey track pants, brown boots, dark blue hooded sweatshirt, black pants and black shoes with white soles.

The second man is described as between the ages of 30 and 40, approximately five-foot-nine to five-foot-eleven and has an average build. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with a Corona beer bottle on the back, dark shorts, a green and black hat with a mesh back and black shoes with white soles.
