Police searching for wanted federal offender

The Ontario Provincial Police is asking for the public’s help in locating a wanted federal offender known to frequent Hamilton and Niagara.

A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for 34-year-old Andre Morgan as a result of his breach of parole.

Officers describe him as five-foot-two, 140 lbs, with brown eyes, long black dreadlocks, and usually has some facial hair.

Morgan has tattoos of “ADM,” “KADM” and stairs on his left arm.

He is currently serving a sentence for possession of a schedule substance for the purpose of trafficking.

Authorities say Morgan is known to frequent Hamilton, Niagara, Toronto and the Peel Region.
