Police are appealing for information about a missing woman last seen at her home in St. Catharines.

Investigators said 47-year-old Alice Rwisereka was last seen on Feb. 25 at her home on Scott Street.

She is described as a Black woman with dark, curly hair. She has brown eyes and is five feet four inches tall. She weighs approximately 260 pounds and often walks with a blanket wrapped around her.

Detectives said they are concerned for Alice’s welfare and as residents and businesses in the area of Scott Street to review any video surveillance footage that may assist in locating Alice.

Anyone with information on Alice’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Niagara police at 905-688-4111.
