Brantford police are searching for a 37-year-old man wanted after a police officer was struck by a vehicle on Jan. 24.

The incident resulted in the officer being taken to hospital for treatment and has since been released.

Brandon Christopher Pfeiffer is described as white, around five-foot-eight, 160 pounds, with a muscular build, bald with light brown facial hair and blue eyes.

He is wanted for 10 charges, including assault of a police officer with a weapon, failure to stop after an accident and driving while under suspension.

The investigation into the incident remains active and ongoing. Anyone with information on the collision or the whereabouts of Pfeiffer is asked to contact Det. Curtis Logan at 519-756-7050 ext. 2306.
