Hamilton police say they are investigating after an online threat was made towards Hamilton’s John C. Munro International airport.

Police did not give specific details but said the threat was made against a plane at the airport.

Canada Border Services Agency is also investigating the incident.

Hamilton police say they believe the airport is safe and there have been no flight disruptions so far.
