Police investigate after vehicle crashes into parked car in Welland

Niagara police are investigating after a vehicle crashed into a parked car on Sunday night in Welland.

Police say it happened around 10:30 p.m. at the intersection of Third and King streets. Fire crews and police both responded to the scene.

There were no injuries and no road closures but the collision caused one of the vehicle’s gas tanks to leak.

There is not word yet on what caused the incident or if any charges were laid.
