Police charge woman in Niagara Falls collision that killed male pedestrian

Niagara police have charged a woman with careless driving causing death after she allegedly struck and killed a man in Niagara Falls on Nov. 20.

Officers say that they charged a 68-year-old Niagara Falls woman after a male pedestrian was killed on Thorold Stone Road near Carroll Avenue in Niagara Falls.

Detectives determined they could charge the woman on Dec. 9, she has been released and is expected in court at a future date.
