Halton police have arrested a Halton Hills man in connection with a historical sexual assault.
The investigation into this case of child and adult sexual assault of a male victim ended in June, according to police.
Officers arrested 58-year-old Jesus Erick Luna Valdovinos on July 29 and charged him with sexual exploitation, assault and 2 counts of sexual assault.
This historical assault began in 2000, investigators say in the report.
Luna Valdovinos has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
The accused is self-employed and operates his own window cleaning business and investigators are concerned there may be additional victims.
Halton police say that anyone who feels they have been a victim of sexual assault can come forward and report the incident and that individuals can be charged well after the time of the incident.
