Pickup truck driver wanted after hit-and-run in Flamborough hospitalizes man

Hamilton police are asking the public to look out for the driver of a pickup truck that did not stop after hitting and hospitalizing a pedestrian in Flamborough on Wednesday night.

Police say a 38-year-old man was walking along Parkside Drive near Highway 6 when he was struck by a grey Ford F-150 travelling westbound. The truck continued onto the highway.

He was taken to a local trauma centre with serious injuries, say paramedics.

Anyone with information or who may have witnessed the hit-and-run is asked to contact Hamilton police.
