When it happens to your child, it’s one of the most heart-rending and frustrating challenges of all in surviving the journey through school.

We call it bullying; although if adults did it it would be called criminal harassment or assault. And many parents don’t know where to turn when it happens to them. Scot Urquhart has been following a new development in this story today.
