Parcel delivery disrupted as DHL Canada locks out union workers

Unifor says DHL Express Canada locked out workers just after midnight today, after the two sides failed to reach a contract agreement, adding more labour turmoil to the country’s parcel delivery market. The company confirmed it will bring in replacement workers, often referred to as “scabs”, while its employees walk the picket line.
