Today was the sentencing hearing for Keith Overholt, the man found guilty of first-degree murder and two counts of attempted murder for a spree of random attacks in Hamilton four years ago.
However, an outburst in court forced the judge to postpone the sentencing to another day.
Overholt was present in court today, but shortly after the judge sat down, he began interrupting, saying he has a new lawyer and wants to fire his current one.
He was removed from the courtroom, but as he was leaving, he looked at the family members of the murder victim and accused them of fake crying.
