Ontario is reporting 134 new cases of COVID-19 after two days of new cases in the double-digits.

Health Minister Christine Elliott is calling it a “slight uptick,” noting most public health regions in the province are reporting five or fewer new cases.

Three new deaths were reported Friday as well.

Friday’s number show the number of resolved cases is up by 168 cases.

Ontario has 1,360 active cases in the province.

These numbers come as Toronto and Peel Region enter Stage 3, leaving Windsor-Essex the only area in Stage 2.

Here’s how the numbers break down in our region:

Hamilton: 5 new cases, 11 active cases

Niagara: 5 new cases, 75 active cases
