Ontario making another attempt at an e-records system

Ontario’s health ministry has promised to put 13 million provincial residents on a digital medical records system by 2015.

Ehealth has already cost Ontario taxpayers a billion dollars. Tuesday, the province pledged $5 million more to help develop another system.
But as Scot Urquhart reports, this investment is already showing a promising return.
