Haldimand County OPP charged an off-duty Hamilton police officer Monday for refusing a breathalyzer test after a late-night collision in Hagersville, Ont.

Kyla Jobb, 37, has been reassigned to administrative duties while she awaits a court appearance on Oct. 7.

There were no reported injuries in the 11 p.m. incident in which Jobb struck an unoccupied parked vehicle.
