Bail hearing for woman accused of abducting her baby daughter 18-years ago.
Patricia O’Byrne remains in custody after being arrested last week in Victoria, B.C.
Her lawyers say she should be free while the case plays out.
They’re promising to fight the charges “tooth and nail.”
The 54-year-old O’Bryne is accused of abducting her child during a custody battle in 1993.
The daughter is now 20.
