Oakville hospital apologizes to patients denied anesthesia

Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital has issued an apology after at least two of their patients complained they were denied sedation during cataract surgery last month.

Both women say they were told they wouldn’t be receiving anesthetics because of recent OHIP fee cuts. Melissa Raftis has details:
