No one was injured in a motel fire in Paris, Ont., overnight that police say is suspicious.

It happened at around 3:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Rose Court Motel on Paris Road.

Ontario Provincial Police say all people in the building were evacuated and no injuries were reported.

They say the building sustained severe damage.

The investigation is ongoing and police are asking anyone with information to contact Brant County OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or provide information anonymously through Crime Stoppers.
