Niagara Region opens standby list for extra COVID-19 vaccine doses

Niagara Region is offering residents the chance to pre-register for a standby list for extra COVID-19 vaccine doses.

If there are any additional doses of the COVID-19 vaccine at a clinic, residents on the list will be contacted and will have 15 minutes to get to the clinic.

Residents must be 18 or older to be added to the list. You can register if you need a first or second dose, however priority will be given to those who need their first dose.

Those getting on the standby list for a second dose must have had their first dose on or before May 9. Identification will be checked to ensure eligibility.
