Niagara police investigate suspicious sudden death in St. Catharines

Police are investigating after finding the body of a 67-year-old woman in a St. Catharines apartment Thursday morning.

At around 9:30 a.m. detectives say they were called to an apartment in the area of Church and Court streets.

Officers say they found a woman’s body inside the apartment and are investigating it saying the death is “suspicious.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
